No one else can provide you with a licensed asset for your own use. You need to legally license it yourself. You can do that by subscribing to Adobe Stock, or buying a credit pack, or entering into a trial subscription which allows you to download up to 10 images for free; however you must cancel the free trial within 30 days in order to avoid having it convert automatically to a one year subscription. Adobe Stock also has ~850,000 images in their free collection. Perhaps you can find something similar there.

It would be a breach of the licensing terms for anyone providing you with the asset. I suggest you take the trial subscription and cancel immediately. That is your only possibility to get the asset legally.
