Looking to purchase an Illustrator template and I can't tell how much it costs.

We have the 10 images / month plan. Was thinking of buying an Illustrator template and I can't tell how much it costs. Some of them have a dollar amount shown when you click on the image. Some say "1 image". However, the adobe stock site says Illustrator and Indesign templates cost between 2 and 4 credits. So I can't tell how much these things cost. If "1 image" means one credit, that means it costs us $3. But if templates are 2-4 credits, then it could be $6 (2 credits) or up to $12 (4 credits), however one straight up said $19.99. So confused. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Rick,

As per the screenshot attached below, you are trying to download the file ID (125307757) which is a premium asset. For this reason, a charge of US$19.99 appears when you are trying to download the file.

Through subscription plans (10images per month one-year plan) you can only purchase standard assets (standard images, standard templates, and standard 3D assets).

If you are looking to download only the standard assets(Illustrator template), please filter your search and select only the standard content. Please see the screenshot below:

Feel free to update this thread in case of any additional questions.

    Hi Rick,

Thanks for reaching out to the Stock team. If I understand correctly, you want to purchase Ai templates from Adobe Stock.

While going through your account details I noticed that you have signed up for 10 images a month(one- year) plan on 23rd May 2017.

You may purchase the templates through your subscription plans (the 10 licenses which are allocated to your account every month), if you exceed your subscription entitlement for the month, you will be prompted to purchase an on-demand “overage” license. Your overage license cost is a discounted rate based on your subscription plan. For more information, you may refer to Common Questions about plans, purchasing, and availability, Adobe Stock

I believe you got confused with the credit packs offering, wherein you use credits from your credit pack to purchase a Stock asset. There are different credit packs at different costs and standard assets, 3D and templates use 1 credit each. For more details on credit packs offer, you may refer to Stock FAQ: What are Credit packs?

Additionally, you may also license some free templates which are already available in our Stock website.

Let me know if I have misunderstood your question.

So, we have "49 images" available on our account currently. Does that mean that each template costs "1 image"? What about a template pack that I saw that said "19.99" next to how much it costs instead of just "1 image"? Is that different?

    Rick,

Yes, if you license templates through subscription plans, one template uses up 1license or credit each from the allocated assets you get each month in your account (10 images per month).

(As you have mentioned that you have 49 images available in your account, now if you license one Ai template, for example, it will use one credit/ license and then 48 licenses will be available in your account).

Also, the line below where you mentioned that template pack is priced at $19.99, I would request you to share a screenshot or file Id since I am unable to locate the template pack that you are referring to.
