Lost Adobe stock Credits

My Adobe account was changed from a personal account to a Business account then the business account was canceled. Still, the original personal version had hundreds of Adobe stock image credits that were transferred to the business one. When the business account was canceled all of my accumulated credits from over the years was gone. How do I get these back?

Unused credits are no longer available when you cancel a Stock subscription, and this is stated clearly here:

https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/kb/cancel-membership-subscription-stock.html

Caution:  By canceling your Adobe Stock subscription, you lose access to any unused licenses.

If you no longer have a subscription, there is no way to access credits anyway. It's like when you cancel your cable tv subscription; the service is not longer active.
