Lost Adobe stock credits due to Credit Card number change

I need to reinstate lost Adobe stock credits that were lost due to Credit Card number change. The only email I got is that subscription was canceled which I did not do. When I updated my CC number, all accumutated credits were loast. Please help.

My credit card is about to expire too, so this information is relevant to me.

You can edit your billing information under https://account.adobe.com when you have your new card information, expiration date.

My email stayed the same for years. Its strange that the only email I got is when plan was cancelled.

You probably made an error when updating your credit card data. You need to contact Customer Service for this. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled!
