Lost all adobe stock credits

I've seem to have lost all my adobe stock credits after I unsubscribed.

Is there any chance I can get them back? I had over 60 credits, and I'm shocked that I would just lose them. I was planning on banking them for the future. Are they gone for good? Can I resubscribe to get them back?
