Lost all stock photos when changing from personal to teams account

Question

I recently called Adobe to transfer my personal account to a business account so that a new employee could download the apps and have access to my stock photos. I asked multiple times if my 4500+ stock photos from the past 10 years would transfer to my new business account and was reassured multiple times that it would. It has been 2 weeks since and I have been on the phone with Adobe more times than I can count on two hands. They keep saying the issue was escalated and I would hear back in 24 hours and I never do. Meanwhile, I am being charged monthly for Adobe Stock and now lost access to over 4500 stock images that I use daily for work. This is costing me a lost of time and A LOT of money. I am not sure what else to do?

I have also checked back on my personal account and it is no longer there. I click library and find a few of them (like 60) but can’t download them - i have to purchase them again. I see about 700 of them in my assets but they are blurry and not in eps format.
