Lost my unused downloads from Dollar Photo Club.

Hello, today i tried buy an image, but i can't, because all my unused credits from Dollar Photo Club gone...

I didn't receive any emails about the credits cancellation, and i can't buy any subscription, because Adobe does not provide this service in my country.

How can i get my credits back?
