I try to licensing one image and I have about 80 images credit left to download but it say that it was a problem with payment and ask me to check it.

Why can't I download even that I have a lot credits on my account?

The cancelation page clearly states that unused credits are lost when you cancel. Adobe suggests that you use up your credits before canceling. It's a subscription. If you're no longer a subscriber, you can't utilize the service.

Typcial Adobe scumbag policy on having to have an active payment method to download credits, which are lost when you cancel your subsciption.

I hate Adobe with a passion and can't wait for the day they become irrelevant.

I have 118 credits on my account. If I cancel my subscription, will I be able to use those credits? Or do I need to maintain a subscription?

    Hi Thomas,

Thanks for reaching out to the Adobe Stock community.

I would suggest you download all your assets (118) prior to cancelling your Stock subscription. The downloaded assets remain in your license history.

Even after the cancellation of the subscription, the assets remain valid until the last billing date, after which they expire if not downloaded.

    Hope this information helps!
