me cobraron aunque cancele el producto antes de que terminara la prueba gratuita

probe el programa y a las 4 dias decidi cancelar el plan me llego correo confirmando la cancelacion del plan y hoy me hicieron un cobro por un producto que no tengo que puedo hacer para que me regresen el dinero ?

First check here, if you do not have a second plan, that you did not cancel: https://account.adobe.com/plans.

 

If you have a second plan, and you are still in the first 14 days of your paid subscription, you can cancel without an issue and the debited amount will be credited back automatically. If you are past the 14 days, or if you really do not have a second plan, I suggest you try contacting Adobe customer care. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

it says:

Cancellation fee and refunds

A refund depends on when you cancel and the type of subscription you purchased. For most plans, you get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase. Learn if you get a refund when you cancel.

 

If you don't see a refund in your account soon (I would wait at least a week for Adobe to process it), you can use the chat icon on the page linked above to request an update from Adobe.
