Me cobraron casi dos millones de pesos DESPUÈS de cancelar los planes

Buenos dìas, dejo este comentario por acá con la esperanza de que me puedan ayudar ya que al parecer por teléfono es completamente imposible comunicarse con ustedes. Me suscribí al plan Creative Cloud Todas las aplicaciones 100 GB y Adobe Stock - 10 contenidos al mes el 1 de Septiembre de 2023 y lo cancelé HOY ya que ya no trabajo en diseño gráfico y no necesito más estas aplicaciones. Sin embargo, dos horas después de cancelar me hicieron dos cobros adicionales sin ningún motivo por más de un millón de pesos como se ve en la imagen y necesito saber POR QUÉ y necesito el REEMBOLSO INMEDIATO de ese dinero. You subscribed to an Annual Plan, billed monthly. An Annual Plan is less expensive than a pay-as-you-go plan, but comes with the commitment that you are locked in for a year. The T&C's clearly state that if you cancel before the year is up, cancellation penalties are due.

Comprueba las condiciones de tu plan. Las has aceptado explícitamente.

You subscribed to an Annual Plan, billed monthly. An Annual Plan is less expensive than a pay-as-you-go plan, but comes with the commitment that you are locked in for a year. The T&C's clearly state that if you cancel before the year is up, cancellation penalties are due.

We are not Adobe employees and can not be of assistance. However, it appears you cancelled early if I'm reading your post correctly, in which case:

 

If you cancel within 14 days of the start of your paid subscription, you'll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 14 days, you'll be charged a lump sum amount of 50% of your remaining contract obligation and your service will continue until the end of that month's billing period.
