Me han cobrado en cuenta fantasma

hola llevo meses sin poder acceder con servicio al cliente y me estan cobrando 30 dolares en una cuenta fantasma, llevo tratando de contactar de todo tipo de maneras, estos ultimos 4 meses, 30 dolares cada mes, ya cancele tarjeta pero aun sigue. Y me manda este correo de una cuenta si existente, al tratar de cancelarlo me sale que no tengo ningun plan activado.. el servicio al cliente no sirve. LLamar por telefono no es opcion y en twitter no me responden.. Y quiero mi dinero de vuelta

I'm not seeing any Adobe Stock subscription associated with the Adobe IDs you are using on the forum.

I don't exactly can't see your problem with customer service. They tell you, exactly, when they are available in person for Spanish language support. This forum can't help, except to point you to the ways to contact Adobe customer service.
