But i have tried to contact Adobe , and was told by several customer reps that they do not know what i was talking about ? It is kind of mis leading and i purchased it thinking all the download files were included .

Hello, I've verified the video does not have the alpha channel intact for HD, however the 4K does. I don't have the ability to refund this type of asset. For a refund you will need to follow the refund steps below. I'll also send the asset to the content team for review. Thank you for the report and sorry for the problem with the asset.

HD video does not have alpha channel. Adobe downsamples from 4k to HD and with that process, even if there was an alpha channel, that will be gone by then. Maybe @Contributor1 can check if an alpha channel is present in the 4k video. But I agree, that the title is misleading at least for HD videos.

@WendellaBee may be able to check your interaction with customer support. All depends on the spezialisation of the representative, if they understand what an alpha channel is.
