Can anyone tell me how i can get the alpha path for this Video ? I purchased it and gave it to my editor and he is telling me to get the alpha path . But i have tried to contact Adobe , and was told by several customer reps that they do not know what i was talking about ? It is kind of mis leading and i purchased it thinking all the download files were included .
Hello, I've verified the video does not have the alpha channel intact for HD, however the 4K does. I don't have the ability to refund this type of asset.
