Misleading stock

Hello!

I downloaded this stock , which is advertised as a template. But I found out it was a .MOV when I downloaded it.

I don't know whether it's just misleading or if any files are missing. I needed it for my work and used almost all of my credits on it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance!

It's not advertized as a template, but you are right, it is useless. @Contributor1 may have a look at this and decide, if there needs to be taken action.

For a refund of your credits, you need to contact Adobe customer care. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If in doubt, ask the forum.
