Missing Adobe Stock Credits

I recently cancelled my Creative Cloud subscription but kept my Adobe Stock subscription. I had over 60+ available to use. When I log into my account, the credits are nowhere to be found. How do I get them back?

Are you sure that you did not licence a video or something in that range?

 

If you didn't contact Adobe customer support. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
