Missing Stock Libraries - Shared Team Account

Hi All,
I've recently been doing some work on Adobe Stock, saving a load of images to themed libraries for research, ready to license them when I'm happy with the selection. I've been using the same computer at work to create all of the libraries and it has been working great until I recently swapped machines to work from home.
I am using the same account, however now when I go onto my stock account, I see a completely different set of libraries, ones that I have used in the past but weren't on the work computer I was using. To make matters worse, now when I load Adobe Stock on my work PC, I only see the old ones. The 25+ libraries that I've just created are completely lost. The only 1 that is saved is one that I previously sent to myself earlier in the project so I could open it remotely.
If anyone could suggest how to retrieve these libraries that would be amazing and would save me a lot of time. I've already tried all the different ways of logging in and changing between personal & team account so I know it's not that.
I've attached below a screenshot of the libraries as they currently look (libraries.jpg) as well as a couple of screenshots of libraries I'd created before. (These screenshots were taken previously to share with the rest of the team / Colours.jpg & Eco.jpg)
