I just downloaded a premium image by mistake #521336182, wiping out my credits. I cannot find a contact to report this and rectify it.  Any advice or email contact much appreciated.  Thank you

I have just been informed by the Adobe assistant, Nidhi, 'that if you have bought an image accidentally and want your credit back then, I would like to inform you that the credits are nonrefundable.' This cannot be right?

Sure. You got asked if you really wanted to licence the asset, and you said “Yes”. You could try to contact Adobe customer care, and try to persuade an agent (type “agent”) to refund you, I do not know if you have success with that. I won't promise you.

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and look, if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support.

If in doubt, ask the forum.
