Monthly Plan Credits

I had 10 credits a month subscription.

I recently upgrade to 750 plan credits.

I used around 380 credits for the month and when i was charged for the month the credits from previous month dissappeard.

I now have 750 credits and this 370 that left are gone.

Are the credits active only for the month becasue when i have 10 they accumulate every month.

The 750 credits/month does not roll over any unused assets frommthe previous month. You need to use them all in one month. The plan is priced in that sense that it is not thought to be consumed completly each month.
