Monthly subscription, No more credit

Hello,
I no longer have any adobe stock credit available. I wanted to take illustrations but I was offered to take the free version, which is weird and suddenly that's how I noticed that I had no more credits. I went to my account and I see that I have nothing left even though I paid for this month.
Every month I have 40 credits from the 26th of the month.

 

If you know where the problem comes from thank you in advance
