Move all Purchased Stock to a new library

Hello!,

I work for an organization that has licensed over 1000 images. I find scrolling through the purchase history on stock,adobe.com to be an unintuitive way to navigate our business assets. Can I create a new library and have all purchased assets populate from Stock?

Hello,

Libraries are limited to 1000 items. Please note that the item count includes non-Stock items like brushes, swatches, etc. that can be added through Creative Cloud applications.

Hello @danm50036104,

Until recently CC Libraries were limited to 1 000 items, but not the limit increased to 10 000 items.

You can create a library and store all your purchased stock assets in there, also you can add notes to individual assets or organize them in groups and search library by asset name/group name/note text.

Hope it helps.

Cheers,

But can you automate storing them in Libraries all at once, instead of manually per item?

Hello John, as I know there is currently no way to import all your licensed images from stock into a library. However next time you license an image, you can also save it to a library and within cc libraries you'd be able to perform operations in bulk. Also, if you have all your assets downloaded on your local machine, you can simply drag and drop them from Finder/File Explorer to cc libraries panel.
