Music in editorial footage?

If I have some footage that includes say a brass band playing a known tune, or a rock band playing their own song etc can I upload it as editorial?

    Hi Sheena, thanks for your reply. That's unfortunate, was hoping to submit some interesting current affairs material, any reason you can tell us why that is now Adobe policy?

    Regardless, my original question still stands: if I was to be invited to submit editorial footage, would it be rejected if it included music within the scene?
