My 47, or so, credits have just vanished!

I didn't realise I hadn't updated my card with you, Adobe. I have done so but my 47, or so, credits don't appear to be showing up still. It is saying I have 10, what thats not fair when I have been paying for your stock services for over a year now. 

Please can somebody put them back on my account or refund me £88.76 for the 37 credits.

I would rather the £88.76 but I know you would rather reimburse me the 37 credits LOL, either way I much appreciate it.
