My credits and libraries are gone

I've been subscribing to a 10 asset a month plan for 5+ years. And I added a 750 assets a month subscription in January or February. 

 

I tried to license an imaget today and I found that all of my asset credits were gone. AND, so are all of my libaries.

 

Note: I manage a team for my company, through which 4 users have Adobe Creative Cloud.

Hi @BillBittner,

I don't see anything amiss with the Adobe ID you are using here on the forums. I see quota under both your personal and team entitlements. Try clearing your browser history and signing in again and make sure you are using the email address associated with your paid accounts.  If you still have issues, try a different browser or a different network.
