My credits are missing T-T

Hi I ve just purchsed credit packs of 40 credits and 16 credits for 7 HD vdo footages

(which are 8 credits for each footage).
But I can only licensed 6 footages ( it supposed to be 7 in total)
Anyway to get the credits back please? Thankyou
