My Enterprise plan with Adobe Stock has stopped working

Hey guys,

 

I am on an Adobe Enterprise plan with my company which includes unlimited Adobe Stock Downloads. But when I have logged in this morning, it is now asking for payment. I have seen a couple of other forums describing the same thing where Adobe employees have resolved the issue for them. 

 

Example below:

Your plan includes unlimited adobe stock downloads... - Adobe Community - 14168302

 

Please could let me know how to resolve this?

Hello Daniel33256363wqy1, I am sorry you are experience this. Can you check if you are in the Enterprise profile? To do this, click the Avatar on top-right of the page, make sure the prifile says your company name, not personal. Feel free to let us know if this still doesn't work.
