My existing Stock Assets Disappeard

I haven't used my assets for a long time but paying every month for years for 3 assets a month. Now they all disappeared. I looked for other conversations about the same issue but they were all locked and I couldn't reply to any of them. If Adobe is charging people and the assets that they have paid for disappear for any reason, it calls for a lawsuit. Whatever is paid for is the property of the payer and CAN NOT be taken back.
