Hello. I paid for Adobe Stock but I can't use Adobe Stock app. Adobe persistently asks me to update billing information even though money has been deducted from my account. Please help. I need the app urgently.

There is no app. You can access stock via the webpage and within various Adobe programs, including Photoshop.

I'd recommend checking that your account is in order by visiting https://account.adobe.com and looking for any messaging regarding your payment method there.

As @Jill_C says, Adobe stock is not an app. You can access stock via https://stock.adobe.com.
