MY PLAN DOESN'T RENEW

Question

Hello. Can someone please explain me something because I don't get it. I pay for a plan '10 asstes a month' since June 2023. These 10 assets, in case I don't use them, were suppouse to stay on my acccount up to one year. And now, instead of asstes, I get some credits. Why? And these credits don't renew on my account. So I have a subscription for 9 months now and I downoladed exactly 11 asstest during this time and my credits are already gone I can't get download anything more from the Stock anymore. Can someone please tell me what am I paying here for?

(You should blur private information out, when posting here.)

Check your assets you licensed. It may well be that you licenced a premium asset or a video. Both take more than one plan credit. Only standard assets and templates are one plan credit.
