I had about 80 credits left until a couple months ago, and now its gone.

I renewed the subscription and need to return back.

I see you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with forums. The previous assets expired on 8 August 2019. Since they were unused they have expired. Feel free to update the thread for any questions around the same.
