My stock account has disappeared
I subscribed for 10 x free stock images, none I downloaded onto my pc. I selected around 5 and downloaded them into the Libary section. The following day the account says I have 0 items in the Library where it allows you to save pictures and the Licence history section says well, I have no history.
I've been trying to get in touch via the online Customer Service but I can't get through too many people waiting and I'm really frustrated.
Has anyone experienced this?
Is there a customer service number and email?
