Question

My subscription continued even after cancelling the free trial

I was deeply shocked when I saw that my subscription to Adobe Stock continued, even though I distinctly remember cancelling it right before my free trial ended.

Now, I am demanding a full refund. However, when I tried to cancel it, Adobe wants to charge me a large fee, despite not using the subscription for the entire two months.

Does anyone know how to resolve my problem?

When you cancel, you get an e-mail that you indeed cancelled. If you have that e-mail, contact Adobe customer care. If you do not have that e-mail you could eventually negotiate a cancel free of charge. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

For support via Twitter:

Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and check if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support.
If in doubt, ask the forum.

Contact Adobe directly and provide them with the proof that you did indeed cancel the free trial.
