Yes, the content you upload through the contributor portal will also be available on Fotolia.com.
Note: Fotolia’s commission rates differ from Adobe Stock. For sales that occur on Fotolia’s website, contributors will get paid the Fotolia commission rates. Read about Fotolia’s commission structure here.
