Adobe does not offer support via e-mail.
So, if I read your screenshot correctly, you have a 30 days free test subscription of stock in a Teams or Enterprise setting.
If that is the case, you should contact Adobe customer care via the admin console (https://adminconsole.adobe.com/support).

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
