Need support for loosing assets

How can I get support from adobe stock direcly? the Virtual Assistant is not able to reply to issue. my problem is: I updated my plan a few days ago, and since then, I have lost access to over 100 assets that were previously available to me. I have not been notified that I may lose my assets after updating my plan. 😞

When you downgrade your plan, you will lose assets. When you upgrade your plan, you should keep, what you had. 

 

You can recontect Customer service, answer the basic question that it is a stock issue and then type "agent" to get an agent on the line. It works normally fine, I never had a problem with that until now. But I communicate with the bot in keywords, not full sentences. I'm sure, that could also work, but I try to keep it simple for me and the bot.
