Correct answer EvilBug1

Thank you I will try.

It is because I'm not allowed to use children under the age of 5 in any of our communication. That is why 🙂

@MilsiVonChip Thank you for reaching out to us.

As @Abambo has mentioned, we do require model release for every single person before publishing the assets. However, this is confidienal and should not be released to the public.

We understand you might have special needs for your projects. Please contact customer support to get a ticket logged, confirming if models in specific assets are under 5 years old. Our content/legal team will review the request and let you know what we can release.

You won't. The asset has, however, a model release, and that release has been signed by one parent at least.

Thank you  but I need the age of the child. It is a legal requirement within the field I work.

It's not foreseen to publish those details. I do not know in what field you work, but that looks like a strange field. May be you could enlighten us, where this obligation cames from?

Anyhow, I do not see, what the age of the child would prove, but we can always tag @EvilBug1 to see, if she can relay that information to you.
