Neue Domain, Bilder der alten Domain auf die neue Domain übertragen?

Hallo,

ich komme mit Adobe Stock aufgrund einer Domain Änderung nicht mehr auf die Bilder.

Ich habe ein neues Konto bei Stock eröffnet und frage, wie ich meine Bilder von der alten Domain die nicht meht Existiert auf das neue Konto übertrageb kann?

Dein Text ist leider etwas unverständlich. Schauen wir mal, ob ich das richtig verstanden habe:

Du hattest ein Stock-Abonnement unter einer bestimmten Adobe ID (Konto, alte E-Mail), die aber jetzt nicht mehr zugänglich ist. Deshalb hast Du eine neue Adobe ID (Konto, neue E-Mail) geschaffen und ein erneutes Abonnement genommen.

Jetzt möchtest Du die Lizenzen der alten ID (Konto) zur neuen ID (Konto) übertragen?

Ich hatte kein Abo sondern habe Bilder gekauft (5 oder 10 Stück).

Mene damalige E-Mail war mail@ oder [REMOVED BY MODERATOR] mit der Domain [REMOVED BY MODERATOR].

Meine neue Domain lautet jetzt amspo24.online und die E-Mail [REMOVED BY MODERATOR].

Früher hatte ach auch amspo24-online.de, amspo24.de und amspo24.de.

Es ist ein durcheinander.

Die damalige vor ca. 1 Jahr habe ich nicht mehr. Ich nutze nur noch die Domain amspo24.online!
