NO ESP to be found

I have just bought the extended license of "Happy Valentine's Day. Greeting card. Angel, Cupid and hearts on white background. Vector illustration. the isolated image on white background EPS 10". I wanted to download the EPS-file as it is clearly mentioned in the name/title of the vector, and it is therefore the reason why I've bought this one, but I cannot find that specific file in my library. Can someone please add it? Thanks.

You get either an EPS or an AI file. And you do not see what you get. I agree, that that is a major problem.

Check the AI file with a texteditor like Notepad++ or similar. If the first line contans something like %% EPS... you can try renaming the file from AI to EPS or open it in your preferred app (you do not use Illustrator, I guess?) as an EPS file. Either it works, or it doesn't.

If it works, you can keep in working with that. If it doesn't, you can take the test subscription of Illustrator and convert the file to an EPS file or export as a PNG.

Please post the asset number (1), as the title is not that specific as you may think.

You need to check (2) if the asset is really EPS. File type needs to be “AI/EPS and JPEG” (sometimes also in addition PNG). Not all files claiming to be EPS in the title are EPS in real life. I suppose they are leftovers from other stock databases that were “grandfathered” into Adobe stock.
