No me permite comprar un video

Compré un video exitosamente con mi tarjeta de débito, la ingresé y todo perfecto.
El segundo video que quise comprar ya no me dió la opción de ingresar la tarjeta, supongo que queda guardada. Pero al querer hacer el pago me aparece el siguiente error

I believe there is some issue with your billing here.

Can you try to update your card information as per this FAQ: Managing your Membership FAQ: How do I update my payment information?

I checked your account and the card on file has some troubles being authorized and therefore you see the error.

Please update your card and then try licensing the file.

The error is in a different language. Would you be able to translate it for me?

In a meanwhile, you can try to sign out and sign back into the Stock account and see if that works.

Hi Sheena.
I bought one video succsessfully, but needed one more, so when I tried to buy it this error came.

"whe can´t process your transaction at this moment.
Verify you information or enter a new credit card number. If you still can´t place the order, get in touch with help and assistence department to receive assistence"

I logged out and in again and this keep happening.
