No more Credtis after canceling

Hello, i canceld my monthly Adobe Stock subscription last week. It sasy the subscripton will end on 18/11/2022, so i thought i can use the remaining credits, but the credits are gone. So why did i lose my credits before my subscription ends? Makes no sense imo..

I've reviewed your account using the Adobe ID you've used here on the forums. Could you please sign out of the Adobe Stock sign in again and let me know if you are able to license an asset? Please post a reply here.
