No response after multiple appeals regarding account suspension

My Adobe Stock contributor account has been suspended for nearly two months, and I still have not received any clear explanation regarding the reason.

I have already submitted multiple appeals through both the Adobe Stock support form and the official appeal form, but I have not received any meaningful response so far.

Because I have not been told which content or activity caused the suspension, I am unable to understand the issue or take corrective action.

This situation is having a serious impact on my business, as all sales have completely stopped during this period.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation?
What would be the best way to proceed from here?

    Investigations can take many weeks or months to complete. 

    Did you check your email inbox including the Spam folder?

    • Wait. 
    • Work on other projects.
    • Submit content to other services.

    Yes, I already checked both my inbox and spam folder carefully, but unfortunately I have not received any meaningful response from Adobe Stock so far.

    For now, I’m trying to stay productive by focusing on other projects and other stock services while I wait for the investigation to progress.

    There’s really nothing else you can do other than wait for a reply from Adobe Stock Contributor Support. We have often seen reports here that it can take months to receive a reply, and in some cases the Contributor never received a reply.

    It’s honestly very frustrating to be left without any clear explanation for such a long time, especially since this has already caused significant business loss.

    I understand that reviews can take time, but I really hope someone from Adobe Stock will eventually provide a proper response or clarification.
