no uso adobe stock y me lo estan cobrando

Hola, me dieron una version gratuita de prueba de adobe stock el cual no uso, se vencio el tiempo de esta version y me generaron un cobro por un año de este producto, el cual realmente no utilizo, que debo hacer para que me cancelen este producto y me reenbolsen el dinero?

The terms of the trial are clear. If you do not cancel within the 30 day trial period, you are on the hook for a one year stock subscription. If you just received the charge, you might be able to negotiate a refund. Cancellation procedure is shown here. Use the chatbot and type "agent" in the chat box to reach a real, live person.
