Hi,

I understand that i am not allowed to Sell Posters for example with the standart licence But is it ok to use them on a sticker that goes on a slefmade Candle to Promote my Book? They will mostly be gifts and if there is a lot of demand i might sell some on my website since these Candles are a kind of collectible int he Book commuinty but mainly they are gifts

Thank you for your Answer

Correct answer Abambo

The primary item with a mug is the asset printed on. If you sell boxed milk, the primary item is the milk, not the box with the asset printed on.

There is no difference between for sale or for free items. What is important is the primary value of the item. Is the primary item the sticker, then you will need an extended licence.

Look here for more information on licensing: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock/links-for-licensing-terms/td-p/11366788
(Disclaimer: As always with licensing, this is my interpretation of the rules. I think they are correct and advice is based on reading and interpreting the licence terms and on fair use for both the buyer and the artist/stock company, but I cannot rule out that my interpretation is wrong. I'm not an Adobe employee).

Thank you.

So since the Candle is the primary item it should be fine.
