Not able to download motion graphic template

I am using Premier Rush following is the problem:( 2.9.0 on windows)

 

1) When I try to download motion graphic template which are free it says " an error occurred during downloard from Adobe Stock server.". 

 

2) My company has full subscription for adobe stock , I go and download the template (Licenced) , I then add in the Premier Pro, but I get a prompt, " Premier Feature Added" there is a Star at the top on the template. It wants me to upgrade to Premier Pro....

Hi there,

I'm sorry you're havving problems with this.  However I'm not sure if I understand the steps you are taking to get there.  I've tried adding a motion graphic template in Rush and it looks to be working fine for me.  If you are having issues download stock assets it might just be that the libraries sync needs to be refreshed.  Restarting the computer should help with that or you can go into the Processes in Windows and find the Creative Cloud Libraries Synchronizer and End Task.  It should restart itself.  

As for the rest, if you can take some screen shots as to what you are seeing or even a video so I can try and reproduce your issue, that would help.

Also, if you are still having issues you can gather the log files so we can try and see where the issue lies.
