Hello, we are in France and the organization in charge of collecting the remuneration of the authors, we ask for a certificate to prove that the music we use is free of rights. Adobe has not provided me with anything and does not offer any license certificates to my knowledge

You do not need a fancy certificate. Just send them the links to the music used and state that they have been licenced through Adobe stock. SACEM perfectly knows that Adobe music is free of SACEM rights.

If you look at the letters you receive from SACEM and GEMA (Germany) and the like, it sounds as if they own the world. They just claim that you need to pay a royalty without stating why and for what pieces you should pay. I suppose it's working, and many simply pay because the letters are intimidating and the ones getting the invoice are not always forwarding that to the producers.  Your video is not allowed to have one single non royalty-free song, however.
