On demand plan

I've attempted live chat with Adobe Support several times but have not managed to get a positive outcome.

I used to have an 'On demand' purchasing plan with Adobe Stock, but this seems to have been stopped in favour of a 10 images per month plan. Am I right in thinking this?

When I try to update the payment details for my plan it doesn't work, and directs me to start a monthly plan, which I don't want. Frustrating.

Our engineering team looked into this but were not able to replicate the issue unfortunately.  The licenses from the free trial are available to use until 8th December.  If you have issues licensing a single image after this date, please let us know so we can work with you to resolve it.

    Kind regards

    Hi there

It looks like the credit card details were updated successfully for the On Demand Stock option, but when you tried to place an order, it was still using the old details.

Let me check this with our engineering team.  In the meantime, you still have 9 licenses available to use.

    Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    Thanks

Wow that's the best answer I've had yet, all the online chats I've had have been a total waste of time, may as well talk to the wall.

Yes I entered in to a free month plan but I've cancelled it as I don't want to pay monthly.

If I could just pay on demand again that would be great, I've updated my card details several times.

We'll do our best to get this resolved for you.  The licenses from the free trial are still available in your account so you're welcome to use them.

    Thanks
