One Year absence!
My account was deactivated in March I believe of 2025.
A lot seems to have been happening since that time.
Because of a communications glitch in me receiving anything from Adobe to my registered Creative Cloud email, I did not recieve any confirmation or was not able to reply to any requests for information to any appeal as I couldn't get any communication from Adobe. This also included the deactivation "contact form". I contacted Adobe 7 times via that form and put in two appeals. The ONLY way this was resolved was when my second account was deactivated due to the mobile number match to my primary account. I took a long shot and stated my primary account was deactiveated and luckily I was able to get the primary account reinstated via the secondary account email replies. This then brought up two important points:
1) As the secondary account was deactivated and has content and money listed on it, can this be transfered to my primary account, as they weren't in violation of anything, just a shift in policy that I couldn't do anything about because I couldn't access the primary account.
2) The primary account was deactivated due to a image conflict that (I guess) someone maliciously submitted and I could prove I was the owner of the image. But due to the commucincation glitch (not on my part) I have lost 8-10 months of potential sales, a drop in ranking and so forth. As this could have been resolved really quickly if this glitch was not happening, (I have proof in the form of a communication from Adobe staff on Facebook page saying they contacted support and that support didn't receive any appeals or communications from my deactivated account), do I have any appeals for some form of compensation, as the claim was false and negative to my acccount?
