I keep getting this error message when trying to purchase stock photos: "Online Licenses Not Available in Your Region." I'm located in the United States and not clear if this message is related to MY use OR if it's related to the locaiton of the creator/vendor/seller. HELP!
It's your account's assumed location that is determining this. And that location gets fixed by your credit card. So if your credit card is from a bank in Sweden, your account is supposed to be located in Sweden.
If the credit card you stored in the system is a US credit card, contact Adobe customer service for fixing this. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and check if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support. If in doubt, ask the forum.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
