Only Partial Image downloaded

I downloaded an image that has 4 different sticky notes images, however once I opened the file on my computer, only a fraction of the image is visible. Any suggestions?

    I figured it out!  I needed to resize the image. Never had to do that before...learned something new:)

    I figured it out!  I needed to resize the image. Never had to do that before...learned something new:)
