I made an order of 3 license by mistake and would like to cancel it.
How can I cancel this order and keep my current plan active ?
In all other merchant website, it is simple to cancel and order. With adobe, it is impossible!
I stayed also an hour long in the chat room with no answer.

Digital products cannot be "returned" once the download has occurred, and that is why most companies who sell digital products do not facilitate refunds. Downloading one image unintentionally can be considered a "mistake", but not 3 images. Nevertheless, Adobe reps do sometimes peruse this forum, so perhaps you'll receive a reply from one of them.
