Overcharge Cancelation Fees

Hello, everyone, I’m trying to cancel my subscription before it renews for a new year, my due date is June 26. I’m reaching out a week in advance, but Adobe is asking for a 300 € cancellation fee. Seriously??

The early cancellation fee is half of the remaining due, so it appears that you are past your renewal, at that amount.

There should be no cancellation fees if you are canceling in the final month of your subscription. Go to this page and locate the chat box near the bottom right corner. Type "agent" in the box to reach a real, live person.
