Hi,

is it possible to pass my unused Stock credits to another account of other company and then cancel my Stock subscribtion? All of us interested in the topic have Creactive Cloud and access to the programs.

Thanks for any help.

This is for sure not a standard operation, and I doubt that this is possible. However, if it is possible, Adobe customer care needs to do that. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
Support phone numbers may be found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html. Please note that phone charges may apply.

(see also here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/creative-cloud-services/how-to-contact-adobe-support/td-p/11875703 or here

And yes, when you cancel, you will lose access to all unused credits at the end of your subscription.

From other discussion on the forum, I could understand that once I cancell my Stock plan, I lost the credits, right? So that's why I am desparate for answers... (:
